The grooming salon can be a lot to take in for pups, we'd love to meet your pup and get them used to being groomed!
For those planning to continue professional grooming in the long term, we strongly recommend our “Puppy’s First Groom” service. This 45-minute appointment includes a gentle bath, a light blow dry, and a slow nail trim. Our experienced groomers provide treats and words of encouragement, creating a positive atmosphere to familiarise your pup with the sights and sounds of grooming.

Handle their paws, ears and face gently every day, and reward them with a treat so being touched feels good. Brush them for a minute or two, even if their coat is short.

We stop and go at their pace. If something upsets them, we'll switch to something they're happier with, or call it a day and let them unwind. There's always next time.
